The box.

Your company’s AI.
On one Mac Studio.

Lab9 Pro installs the box in your office, RPlay manages it. Your team asks questions in RPlay chat, with the AI running on that machine.

A compact aluminium computer on a wooden desk in a small office, a notebook and a mint pen beside it.
The box: a Mac Studio, Max or Ultra, with RPlay on RMLX. Nothing else to install in your office.

For SMEs, practices and offices.

Local AI.
For the whole team.

One Mac Studio per company, Max or Ultra, sized to your team. One monthly amount per box, no licence per user. RPlay’s own chat needs no separate paid AI subscription per user.

The model.

Who does what.
And what you pay.

The hardware.

An Apple Mac Studio on a 36-month lease through Apple Business, subject to approval of the file.

Installation and support on site.

Lab9 Pro, Apple Premium Reseller, installs the box in your office and supports it there.

Software and management.

RPlay provides the software, the local AI models and the connectors to your information sources (mail servers, file servers, internal and external apps through their APIs), plus updates, monitoring and backups tested by restoring them. Monitoring contains information about the box’s condition, never customer content. Sources and access are agreed for your company.

The invoice.

One monthly amount per box, set by the hardware tier, including the lease and the RPlay Vault and AI licences. No licence per user. Your data, vector data store and keys remain yours.

Two tiers as an example.

Sized to your team.

Teams up to 10 people.

A Mac Studio with M-series Max and 128 GB of unified memory.

Teams up to 25 people.

A Mac Studio with M-series Ultra and 256 GB of unified memory.

Larger teams.

Sized together, on request.

Start small, grow into the Vault. The RPlay Button and the Voice Puck also work on a smaller Mac, such as a Mac mini, for dictation and meeting reports. Then there is no Vault: no answer across all your sources. See the hardware.

Why Apple.

One memory.
For model, index and work.

In a Mac Studio the CPU, the GPU and the Neural Engine share one memory, up to 512 GB. The model, the index and the day’s work sit side by side; nothing is copied to a graphics card. One quiet desktop does what elsewhere takes a GPU server. Apple MLX runs the models directly on that memory.

What your team keeps.

Outlook stays Outlook.
Your records stay yours.

Keep your email, document storage and accounting software. RPlay works alongside them. Its own chat is available on a computer, a phone and beside your mail in Outlook.

A paid cloud AI app is optional for people who need one. If you end the RPlay service, none of your company’s data remains with RPlay.

What RMLX means.

MLX is Apple’s open-source framework for running AI models on Apple silicon. RMLX is RPlay on MLX: our software, built on that foundation, running the local AI models. RPlay prepares new information at night and answers questions during the day.

Start with a question from your working day.

Your company.
Your questions. See it run.
